Cancellation Policy

At InnerPie, every dessert is made to order using fresh, high-quality ingredients. To provide our customers with the best experience, the following cancellation policy applies: 

 1. Order Cancellations 

• Up to 48 hours before pickup/delivery – full refund or free rescheduling.
• 24–48 hours before pickup/delivery – 50% refund or rescheduling depending on availability.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup/delivery – no refund, as ingredients have already been prepared. 

2. Individual & Large Orders (4+ items or over 1 kg) 

• Up to 72 hours before pickup/delivery – full refund or free rescheduling.
• 24–72 hours before pickup/delivery – 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup/delivery – no refund.

3. Delivery Issues & Change Requests 

•  If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will do our best to find a solution.
• Changes to orders (e.g., flavor, size) are possible up to 48 hours before pickup/delivery, depending on availability.

4. No-Show & Delays 

•  If an order is not picked up at the agreed time and no alternative solution is arranged, no refund will be issued.
• If you are delayed, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your schedule whenever possible. 

5. Event Orders & Special Requests 

•  Special terms may apply for events or large orders. Please contact us early to discuss the details.
